Architectural Compliance

In all matters of architectural compliance, the Board has the final say on all exterior changes to individual units.  If you are planning exterior modifications, you will be required to submit a Request for Exterior Alterations along with photos or plans for your alterations to request Board approval prior to making the alterations.  Although prior approval is always necessary, guidelines for frequent requests are outlined in the following documents:
