Clubhouse Rental

The Newberry Clubhouse is a convenient and ideal location for hosting parties and social functions for up to 99 guests. Rentals include the use of tables, chairs, refrigerator, and stove.  In a setting of mature oak trees and a charming view overlooking the pool, this popular facility books fast, so don’t hesitate to make your reservations soon.

Clubhouse rentals are only available to owners and require a $500 deposit to hold a date (deposits are cashed immediately and refund checks may take up to two weeks after the rental period). Typical four-hour rentals cost $600 with an option to extend the time at a rate of $100 per hour. Events may only be scheduled until midnight. Please contact our office if you’d like more information on renting the facility or would like to check the availability of future dates.  NO CASH will be accepted at the Newberry Office.  Credit card payments are now being accepted (+3% transaction fee).
